Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window:
- Clients may cancel a project within 3 days of signing the contract without incurring any cancellation fees.
- If the cancellation occurs after the specified period, the client will be subject to the terms outlined below.
- Cancellation Fees:
- If a project is canceled after the initial 3 days, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total project cost will apply.
- In the event that substantial work has already been completed, the cancellation fee may be adjusted based on the work completed and resources expended.
- Refund Policy:
- Cancellation fees are not refundable and cover the costs associated with planning, resources allocation, and potential lost opportunities during the reserved time.
- Communication of Cancellation:
- Clients must communicate cancellations in writing, either via email or a formal letter.
- The effective date of cancellation is the date when the written notice is received by AKSHAR ENTERPRISE.
- Force Majeure:
- In the event of circumstances beyond the client's or AKSHAR ENTERPRISE's control (such as acts of nature, war, government regulations, etc.), the cancellation policy may be subject to modification or waiver at the discretion of AKSHAR ENTERPRISE
- Outstanding Payments:
- All outstanding payments must be settled in accordance with the original payment terms outlined in the contract, regardless of the cancellation.
- Refusal of Future Services:
- Clients with outstandingcancellation fees may be refused future services until the fees are settled.
